Camp Cardiac UCF 2015

I was so excited to have earned a scholarship to the one week camp at the University of Central Florida in Orlando for Camp Cardiac. It was such an amazing experience. I loved the state of the art facilities. We had great counselors who helped us learn so much. We learned CPR, the anatomy of the heart, how to do stitches, and how dissected a pig heart. We also visited the children's hospital. I was the only one from Miami. I made wonderful friends and learned so much.
